About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, and is comfortable balancing customer support with hands-on operational tasks such as order fulfilment and quality control.You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery, while also contributing to continuous improvement across customer service processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, web chat, and phone in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Provide accurate product, order, and service information
- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating where necessary to ensure positive outcomes
- Accurately process and fulfil customer orders
- Assist with quality checks to ensure all products meet brand standards
- Carefully prepare and package orders for dispatch with attention to detail and presentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Gather and share customer feedback with relevant teams (retail, production, admin) to support product and service improvements
- Contribute to refining processes and improving documentation where needed
