We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team at our Narangba Head Office. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team.
Working alongside our existing Accounts Payable team, you will help ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and matching them against purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
- Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
- Monitoring the accounts inbox and responding to supplier and internal queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve account queries
- Assisting with month-end processes and other finance duties as required
About you:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems; Pronto experience would be advantageous but is not essential
