Specialising in high standards environments like healthcare, commercial construction, and industrial facilities, they provide end to end consultative solutions spanning design, technical support, and ongoing service. They pride themselves on a humble, collaborative, and employee focused culture, taking a long term, trusted partner approach to solving complex client challenges.
THE POSITION
As the Business Development Manager (QLD), you will take ownership of the Queensland territory, driving strategic growth across both project and service customers. This is a consultative sales position focused on building long term, trust based relationships rather than transactional equipment supply. Acting as a technical solutions provider, you will engage directly with key healthcare end users while managing relationships with plumbing contractors and channel partners.
Your daily focus will involve:
- Identifying and securing high value business opportunities for specialised water filtration systems and ongoing service contracts across QLD.
- Conducting technical consultations, site assessments, and solution presentations tailored to complex client needs and upcoming industry compliance standards.
- Partnering with plumbing contractors, distributors, and engineering networks to support procurement, design, and specification processes.
- Managing a robust sales pipeline and territory plan using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive market engagement.
- Collaborating closely with internal technical, project, and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and ongoing customer success.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a proactive B2B sales professional with strong technical capability and a consultative sales approach. You are polished, adaptable, and comfortable switching seamlessly between conversations with site contractors and high level healthcare stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven track record in B2B business development or technical sales, ideally within water treatment, media filtration, reverse osmosis, or related engineering sectors.
- A strong technical foundation, with experience or background in chemical engineering, water filtration technology, or plumbing system integration highly regarded.
- Demonstrated capability in consultative, solution focused selling to both end users and contractor or channel network channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a strategic, proactive approach to territory planning.
- A humble, collaborative mindset and a drive to continuously learn and contribute to team success.
BENEFITS
Highly influential territory lead position with significant autonomy and room for long term career progression. Backing of a growing national brand with strong strategic momentum and a massive target pipeline. A supportive, family owned business culture that genuinely values its people and promotes a healthy balance. Comprehensive continuous training and professional development opportunities.
