About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Painter to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in delivering the exceptional quality our clients expect and ensuring every project reflects our high standards.
As a Painter with Limitless Painting, you'll play a crucial part in bringing our clients' visions to life and contributing to the beautiful, lasting impressions that define our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding.
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colours and finishes.
- Apply paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensure all painting projects are completed on time and meet our quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in clean and proper working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve painting issues that may arise during a project.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong skills in surface preparation, paint selection, and application techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for color and aesthetics.
