Great Attitude? Strong Work Ethic? We'd Love to Talk!
LimeTree Alfresco is a small, growing family business specialising in premium outdoor kitchens, and we're looking for a practical, motivated all-rounder to join our team.
We work in an exciting niche of the outdoor living industry, creating high-quality outdoor kitchens for homes across Australia.
We're not necessarily looking for someone with a long list of qualifications. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude.
The Opportunity
You’ll be involved in a variety of hands‑on workshop activities, helping with the assembly, preparation and production of our outdoor kitchen products.
No two days need to be the same, and there's plenty of opportunity to develop new skills along the way.
What we're looking for:
- A great work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in
- Practical, hands‑on ability and confidence using tools
- Reliability, initiative and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a small team
- Previous workshop, assembly or trade experience would be great, but isn't essential
What we offer:
- Attractive remuneration based on experience and ability
- Flexible working hours and arrangements
- A friendly, supportive family‑business environment
- Variety in your day‑to‑day work
- The opportunity to learn specialist skills in a niche industry
- A chance to grow with an expanding Australian business
Immediate start available for the right candidate
We're more interested in who you are and how you work than the qualifications on your CV.
If you’re practical, reliable and take pride in doing a good job, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether you’re an experienced tradesperson looking for a change or someone with good hands‑on skills wanting a new opportunity, let’s have a chat.
We're ready to get the right person started straight away!
