Clinical Lead | Up to $130,000+ Super | Home Care
The role is working as a Clinical Lead supporting one of our Home Care clients across South-East, South-West and Illawarra/Shoalhaven, current client focus is around the South-West Sydney region but travel expected as part of the role across their regions.
The role is a hands-on, supervisory and operational role in Community Aged Care ideally requiring five or more years of experience supervising a multi-disciplinary team, its a fast-paced, hands-on and client-facing role. It also assumes clinical governance and compliance responsibility and oversight.
