Occupational Therapy Team Leader | Hybrid | Up to $120k + Super
If you're an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to step into (or continue in) leadership, this is an opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary organisation that genuinely invests in developing its leaders, not just appointing them.
Our client has built an outstanding reputation across Melbourne for its supportive culture, collaborative team and long staff tenure. With continued growth, they're looking for an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to mentor clinicians while maintaining a reduced paediatric caseload.
One of their experienced clinicians summed up the culture perfectly:
\"I've worked in a number of organisations throughout my career, and I've never experienced a culture like this one.\"
You'll supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists while continuing to manage your own small predominantly paediatric caseload across clinic and community settings.
The difference with this opportunity is the level of support you'll receive as a leader. Rather than being expected to figure it out yourself, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from experienced Clinical Managers and Directors who are genuinely invested in your long-term development.
About the role:
- Leadership role with a small clinical caseload
- Hybrid clinic and community position
- Flexible working arrangements
- Community travel kept close to home wherever possible
- Ongoing leadership mentoring and development
- Large multidisciplinary team with experienced clinical leaders
- Dedicated administration support
- Regular internal and external professional development
- Excellent staff retention and genuine career progression
- Collaborative, supportive culture where leaders are invested in your success
About You:
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience mentoring, supervising or supporting clinicians
- Passion for developing others
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
