Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit a Project Support Officer. In this role, you will oversee implementation stages of a new teacher relief management solution (ClassCover) under the major Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Program - a digital transformation replacing legacy payroll and HR platforms with a modern SAP SuccessFactors and ClassCover solution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities to support delivery of the Teacher Relief Project and statewide implementation of the ClassCover solution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, registers, action logs, meeting packs, records, and implementation artefacts.
Lead project governance activities to meet identified timelines and delivery success criteria.
Support engagement activities with principals, business managers, regional teams, and key stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, meeting papers, detailed minutes, and track action registers.
Complete procurement, finance, correspondence, and general administrative activities as required.
Provide high-level administrative and project support directly to the Project Director.
About You
Demonstrated experience performing project support and administrative responsibilities within large project environments.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
Proven capability to manage competing priorities, exercise initiative, and solve problems independently.
Collaborative and flexible approach to supporting project delivery teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience supporting ICT or digital transformation projects within Queensland Government or large education environments is desirable.
