Key Responsibilities

  • Administer user identities, access provisioning, and de-provisioning across S/4HANA and associated Corporate Enterprise Solutions (CES) applications following the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle.
  • Analyse and resolve identity and access management issues, offering practical solutions within target timeframes.
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and documentation of IAM processes (workflows, role assignments, periodic reviews) in strict alignment with security and QGCIO/Department of Health policies.
  • Assist in assigning security roles based on functional needs while identifying and escalating potential Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts using GRC Access Control.
  • Conduct user access reviews, recertification activities, and access reporting to support security audits and investigations.
  • Administer identity and authentication services within SAP BTP, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), under senior guidance.

  • Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control for access requests, SoD analysis, and user reviews. Exposure to SAP BTP identity services (IAS/IPS) is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, outcome-driven client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within strict regulatory, legislative, and privacy frameworks.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building solid client/stakeholder relationships.
