Residential & Commercial Maintenance Electrician
Maintenance Sparky

Lime Electrics
- West Footscray
- Full time · $55–$60/hr
No two days the same. No 5am drive to a paddock on the city fringe. No being number #1,847 on a site where nobody knows your name.
We're a maintenance electrical outfit in the inner-west, and we're after one good A-grade who's had enough of big-site project work and wants a steadier, more interesting run. Maintenance is its own game, you're walking into jobs you didn't install, working out why they've failed, and sorting them on the spot. If fault-finding is the part of the trade you actually enjoy, you'll like it here.
Why blokes stay with us:
- Local work - you're around the inner-west, not commuting to the outer 'burbs
- Genuinely varied days - commercial and residential, breakdowns, diagnostics, never the same slab twice
- Steady year-round - maintenance doesn't dry up when a project wraps up, so no getting stood down between jobs
- A tight team where your work gets seen and rewarded
- Fully stocked van + fuel card
- Real progression - we're growing, and we mean it
- Paid birthday off
You'll need:
- Actual maintenance experience - not just new builds and fit-outs
- Sharp fault-finding and a tidy, professional way with clients
- ARCtick / aircon licence handy but not a dealbreaker
- Driver's licence
We can't out-pay a data-centre EBA and we won't pretend to. What we offer is a better week: interesting work, sane hours, a team that backs you, and a business that's actually going somewhere.
