Qualifications & experience
- Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Min 5 years experience as a qualified mechanic
- MUST be passionate about cars and geniunely enjoy being a mechanic
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience with Japanese and European vehicles desired but not essential
- Require your own tools
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Diagnose/troubleshoot/repair vehicles (incl. engine/transmission/suspension systems)
- Performance upgrades (incl. engine swaps)
- Vehicle assessment/test driving prior to customer return
- Liaising with customers to understand issues/concerns
- Maintaining a clean/tidy work space (we take pride in our space so this is essential)
- Variety of work (performance vehicles, vehicle upgrades and more)
- Management who is passionate and strives to make work enjoyable for all our staff
