The Opportunity
You'll step in alongside an established, successful entrepreneur — the Managing Director who built this business from the ground up — and become their true leadership partner.
Together you'll own every part of the business, split responsibilities based on your strengths, and drive it to its next level.
It's a rare chance to learn hands-on from someone who's already done it, while building your own track record as an operator.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the Managing Director as a seamless leadership team, dividing responsibilities to match your respective strengths
- Own the P&L — drive gross profit and EBITDA growth, and own reporting to senior leadership
- Build and lead high-performing teams, and develop the next generation of managers
- Drive operational excellence across systems, processes, and people
- Get close to the customer and relentlessly improve their experience
- Set strategy, move fast, and make data-informed calls
- Collaborate across Lighthouse's product, finance, and integration teams
What You Bring
- A track record of driving impact and beating targets — SMB general management or senior leadership experience a plus
- Strong FP&A chops: budgeting, financial management, P&L ownership
- High EQ, sharp people instincts, and a genuine interest in developing others
- A resourceful, scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- A degree (MBA or equivalent a bonus, not a requirement)
