Light Years is seeking a skilled CDP to manage a section in a high-standard kitchen, ensuring dishes meet recipe and presentation expectations. You will lead service within your station, mentor junior staff, and maintain stock rotation and wastage control.
Ideal candidates will have solid CDP experience in quality venues, strong technical skills, and be organised and accountable for section performance while upholding WHS and HACCP standards.
