Key Responsibilities
Lead FOH and bar during shifts, maintaining service pace.
Handle guest issues and escalations with care.
Support bar operations: stock, training, and wastage control.
Complete cash-ups, reconciliations, and End of Shift reports.
Ensure compliance: RSA, WHS, food safety.
Provide coaching and support to staff in real time.

Knowledge of FOH and bar operations.
