Duties
- Provide administrative support to Operations Managers and case work teams
- Coordinate case planning, care team, cultural, and internal meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and update case management systems
- Audit files, review documentation, and monitor compliance requirements
- Liaise with government agencies, families, and internal stakeholders where approved

- Knowledge of OOHC standards and regulatory requirements
