Life Without Barriers in Mackay, QLD is seeking a Part-Time House Manager to lead our Semi-Independent Living Program, helping young people build the skills, confidence and independence they need to transition into adulthood and to thrive in their communities.
You will mentor a team of Youth Workers to provide trauma-informed support, coordinate rosters and care plans, promote safety and cultural responsiveness, and build partnerships with families and service providers to support each young person.
