Western Health in Melbourne’s west is seeking a Psychosocial Support Worker for the HOPE team in Melton. This full-time role provides brief therapeutic interventions for individuals at risk of suicide, with a 12-week support period and outreach as well as clinic-based care.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, support consumers and families, engage with service partners, and assist in recovery and crisis management. A Victorian Driver’s Licence is desirable.
