Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Practitioner for our Mackay office. This permanent full-time role focuses on high-quality case management and delivering supportive services to children and young people in family-based care arrangements.
You will work with foster carers, Child Safety and families to develop individualized care plans, strengthen placement stability and support positive outcomes, with opportunities for professional development in a respected organisation.
