Life Without Barriers in Mackay is seeking a Child and Family Practitioner to provide high-quality case management and support to children and young people living in family-based care. Based in our Mackay office, this is a permanent full-time opportunity offering meaningful work, flexibility and ongoing professional development.
You will collaborate with foster carers, Child Safety, families and community stakeholders to develop and implement individualized care plans and strengthen placement.
