Life Without Barriers is hiring an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant to provide personalised home care on the Mornington Peninsula. You will travel between clients' homes to support multiple people each day, with shifts 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend work, no evening or overnight shifts.
