We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Capability team and play a key role in designing modern, engaging and impactful learning experiences across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities:

• As a trusted learning advisor, you will work closely with leaders, People Partners and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and develop practical learning solutions that deliver real business outcomes.
• Partnering with leaders and People Partners to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.
• Consulting with stakeholders to recommend the most effective learning and development solutions.
• Designing engaging learning programs using contemporary instructional design principles.
• Developing blended learning solutions including digital learning, microlearning, workshops, toolkits and on-the-job resources.
• Building practical development pathways that support employee growth and career progression.
• Coaching leaders to strengthen learning transfer and development conversations within their teams.
• Managing external training providers and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Supporting and administering the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Delivering reporting and insights on learning engagement, capability development and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to capability frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Skills & Experience:

• You are a collaborative and commercially minded L&D professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and creating learning experiences that drive meaningful change.
• Qualifications in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Education or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering workplace learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage learning initiatives from scoping through to evaluation.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and learning administration.
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovative learning approaches.
