Liberty Community Connect is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Lead to oversee our quality management, risk, governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance frameworks. This role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving continuous improvement and audit readiness to ensure safe, high quality and accountable service delivery.
The Lead will develop a comprehensive Quality Framework, contribute to Risk and Governance development, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
