Hilltops Council is seeking an experienced Manager Finance to lead its finance function and act as Council's Principal Accounting Officer. The role will oversee budgeting, accounting, rating, investments, and statutory reporting, including the annual financial statements and external audit, supported by TechOne systems.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, partner with Council and the Audit Committee, and explain complex numbers in plain language while shaping the Long-Term Financial Plan.
