Assistant Store Manager

An exciting opportunity to lead at our Levi's Adelaide Outlet store on a 12-month fixed term contract. As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll inspire and elevate the team, deliver world-class customer experiences, and drive the business forward. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be supporting the store and the team, shaping its culture and success.

Our ideal candidate:

• Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
• Creative individual with a flair for fashion.
• Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded.

• Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the store's performance.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories.
• Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members.
• Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
• Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Partner with Store Manager on elevated consumer issues.
