Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different — and where you own your zone end‑to‑end? If you’re ready to be the central hub between customers, technicians, and operations, this role will suit you perfectly.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Experience Officer to manage the full lifecycle of service jobs across your allocated zone. You’ll be the go‑to person for customers and technicians — ensuring jobs are booked correctly, parts are ready, schedules run smoothly, and communication is clear. This is not a passive admin role. It’s an active coordination and relationship role where you take ownership, solve problems, and keep the wheels turning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Answer customer enquiries and provide timely updates
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers
- Handle escalations with confidence and ownership
- Ensure every customer receives a smooth, positive experience
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Plan and manage daily and weekly technician schedules
- Optimise routes and minimise calendar gaps
- Coordinate regional trips and travel itineraries
- Prioritise urgent and SLA-driven jobs
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Technician Support
- Maintain daily communication with technicians
- Confirm job details, expectations, and parts readiness
- Reallocate jobs when issues arise
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with field teams
- Parts & Job Readiness
- Check and confirm parts availability
- Expedite service and sales orders
- Issue pick slips and stock transfer requests
- Reschedule proactively when parts are delayed
- Quoting & Follow‑Ups
- Prepare maintenance and PPM quotes
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Follow up on outstanding quotes
- Support SLA performance and reporting
What Success Looks Like
- Your zone runs smoothly with minimal escalations
- Technicians trust you and rely on your communication
- Customers feel informed, supported, and valued
- Jobs are completed efficiently with no surprises
- You stay one step ahead — planning, aligning, and solving problems before they escalate
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A confident communicator who prefers picking up the phone
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A natural relationship-builder
- Calm under pressure and solutions‑focused
- Someone who takes ownership, not just tasks
Experience in scheduling, service coordination, logistics, or customer service is highly valued — but attitude and capability matter most.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Supportive team environment
- National company with strong growth
- Real ownership of your zone
- Opportunities to develop and expand your skills
- A role where your impact is visible every day
