  • Building the commercial case for growth, including market analysis, pricing models, go-to-market strategies and future premises.
  • Leading business development activity including pipeline management, tender responses and strategic partnerships.
  • Identifying and pursuing government R&D and innovation grant opportunities.
  • Conducting business process reviews to drive operational efficiencies, future production methods, margin improvement and scalability.
  • Using in-house data and analysis to inform strategy and report to the executive team.

About You

You are a commercially astute leader with the experience and background to operate across manufacturing, construction, clinical engineering, health or community services environments.

You bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior commercial, business development or general management role.
  • A proven track record in building new markets and converting business development activity into sustainable revenue.
  • Strong financial acumen, P&L literacy, business case development, pricing and margin optimisation.
