As a Duty Manager at the Lesday Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel located in Pennant Hills. This is a casual role, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Overseeing hotel staff to ensure high standards of service
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Monitoring inventory and supplies, and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Providing leadership and support to the hotel team as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
