UBX Kew
is looking for an energetic, reliable boxing and fitness coach to join our team on a casual basis. We're a boutique boxing + strength studio in the heart of Kew, and we're after someone who can bring real energy to the floor and genuinely connect with members.
The slots we're filling:
- Tuesday evening
- Thursday morning & evening
- Saturday morning
- Can be arranged other Shifts if required
Weekend and evening availability is a big plus - tell us clearly what you can do.
What you'll be doing:
- Coaching group boxing and strength sessions (our programming is provided - we'll train you on the UBX system)
- Holding pads, correcting technique, and keeping sessions high-energy and safe
- Building relationships with members and helping them stick to their goals
What we're looking for:
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent) - required
- Boxing experience or a genuine boxing background (Bonus)
- Reliability above all. We need someone we can count on to show up.
- Great energy and people skills - members come back for the coach as much as the workout
