Leo & Associates Consulting Engineers is seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate Remedial Engineer from Canberra, ACT to join our growing national team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to deepen their involvement in a wide range of remedial and structural projects across various sectors.

Our team of qualified engineers delivers tailored solutions for residential (strata), government, industrial, commercial, education, and healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site engineering inspections and assessments
- Prepare technical reports, letters, and scope of works documentation
- Develop specifications for remedial works
- Provide contract administration and superintendency services during construction
- Liaise with clients, strata managers, builders, and contractors
- Collaborate with team members to deliver effective and timely project outcomes
About You
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in remedial or structural engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Strong technical understanding of building structures and materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Committed to high standards of client service
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. Tedds, SpaceGass, RAPT, or similar)
- Experience with technical drawings and drafting software
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights Certification
- Familiarity with strata and remedial work in ACT
