Lendlease Construction is looking for a Supervisor to join the team in Melbourne’s North Western suburbs and support the delivery of a long-term Data Centre project. This is a 4-month contract opportunity where you will work closely with a team of Site Managers to help ensure site operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management
- Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation
- Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors
- Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials
About you:
- Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role
- Basic understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable)
