Lendlease is recruiting for a Workforce Development and Industry Participation Manager to join our NSW team on major projects in Sydney. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of social procurement frameworks, Building Equality policies and Local Jobs First outcomes, driving workforce participation and training programs across projects.
You will engage with engineers, commercial teams, subcontractors and suppliers, report on monthly metrics, and build strong relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
