Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with body corporate managers, committees, and property stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, assess repaint needs, and prepare accurate, competitive estimates.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth.
- Maintain detailed records and use digital tools to streamline quoting and communication.
About you:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you're confident, approachable, and a natural relationship builder.
- Strong computer literacy—comfortable with quoting software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in the painting industry (especially in repaints or body corporate work) is highly valued.
