A great opportunity has become available for a talented and experienced Property & Development Law Clerk to grow and consolidate their career in a highly regarded and long standing Melbourne based Law Firm.

In this role you will be working closely with Partners, Lawyers and a close knit team of Property Law Clerks, where you will be responsible for providing commercial property law clerk related legal services.
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:
- the acquisition and sale of properties, both commercial and residential
- property development work including off-the-plan and high rise apartments
- conveyancing, leasing, stamp duty and settlements
- record and bill time for chargeable matters
- manage and undertake PEXA related tasks
- manage files and general administration
Skills and experience we'd love:
- a minimum of five years previous experience in a similar role working in a law firm is essential
- experience in development, including off-the-plan, residential, commercial and apartments
- excellent communication skills and a strong client service focus
- the abilityto multi task and manage differing priorities
- experience with PEXA
- solid writing/drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
