Swimming Teacher

The Cranford Club is looking for a qualified Level 2 Swim Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you're inspiring a child to swim independently for the first time or helping an adult develop their technique, you'll play a key role in helping people feel better and get more out of life.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering engaging, safe and enjoyable swimming lessons to children and adults.




• Supporting swimmers of all abilities to develop confidence and achieve their goals.




• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.




• Ensuring lessons are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.




• Helping maintain the high standards of our swim programme.

What we're looking for

• A Level 2 ASA/Swim England or STA Swimming Teacher qualification.




• Experience delivering swimming lessons to a range of age groups and abilities.




• Excellent communication and customer service skills.




• A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach.




• A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
