Meet the Marketing team
Our AU marketing team builds the demand, brand and pipeline behind LEAP's growth across Australia. We work in close partnership with sales, our Practice Area of Law teams, and our global marketing function. We're a small, ambitious team that ships meaningful work fast and backs each other to do it well, and we're now at a point where there's more growth in front of us than hands to chase it. That's where you come in.
What you'll do
- As our Visual Designer – Practice Areas, you'll own the look and feel of LEAP's Practice Area of Law verticals in Australia.
- Shape practice areas identity, taking the lead on the visual identity for each of our Practice Area verticals.
- Bring each practice area to life, translating complex software concepts into stunning, easy-to-digest visuals tailored to each audience.
- Communicate product value, partnering with our Marketing Manager – Practice Areas to turn practice area positioning and messaging into clear, effective visuals.
- Innovate with technology, experimenting with the latest AI-driven design tools and new technologies.
- Collaborate across the team, working closely with the Marketing Manager – Practice Areas, AU Visual Designer, and the wider AU marketing team.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B, SaaS or technology brand.
- A standout portfolio with a clean, modern and impactful aesthetic across digital, print and motion.
- Proficiency in design, video and motion graphics software, including Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Curiosity about new design technologies and tools, including AI.
- Experience taking briefs from marketing and product stakeholders and leading the visual direction.
- Excellent communication and a collaborative instinct.
- Comfort in a fast-growth environment.
You might also bring
- A background in an agency, startup, high-growth or legal-sector business.
- Experience designing for distinct audiences or sub-brands within one master brand.
- Strong digital design / product experience.
