We are looking for someone who truly cares about making great coffee and can work well in a busy cafe environment.
Position: Casual / Part time Barista
Location: Leaf Cafe Melrose Park
Hours: 3-4 days (or 6 days on request), 25–40 hours per week (at least available one weekend is better)
Trading hours: 6:50 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Sun
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in Australia
- Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with good customer service skills
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to keep the work area and coffee equipment clean at all times
