Located in the heart of Burwood, our busy and reputable real estate office is looking for an experienced and professional Property Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Handle repairs and maintenance
- Daily use of Property Tree software
- Prepare for and attend NCAT/Tribunal matters
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections
- Liaise professionally with tenants and landlords
- Prepare and coordinate lease documentation and signing
- Monitor and manage rental arrears
- Manage arrears, notices and tenancy terminations
- Respond to tenant and owner enquiries promptly and professionally
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management
- Proficient in Property Tree Management Software
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Highly motivated, professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
