We’re seeking motivated and skilled installers to work on large-scale commercial fit-outs, offices, retail, hospitals, and government buildings and everything in between throughout the Sydney area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and commissioning commercial HVAC systems including ducted, VRV/VRF, chilled water, and ventilation systems- any experience in commercial will be great
- Interpreting mechanical drawings and working to specifications
- Coordinating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
- Ensuring all installations meet Australian Standards, WHS, and client quality requirements

You will have:
- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential) or experience in installation within HVAC
- Current ARCtick licence
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- Construction White Card
- Commercial HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of ductwork, copper pipework, and system layouts
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and great with teamwork
