Le Petit Ballet is building its 2027 Teaching Team and is looking for passionate educators who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young dancers. We're currently looking for Senior Dance Teachers, Preschool Dance Teachers and Dance Teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire confidence and nurture a love of movement in students
- Create joyful experiences where every student feels seen, supported and encouraged to grow
- Teach across Preschool, primary and older student programs
- Deliver weekday and Saturday teaching opportunities
- Build relationships with students and families
- Contribute to safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environments
- Collaborate with the teaching team and communicate effectively
- Foster a lifelong love of dance through memorable experiences

- Warm, reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children
- Genuinely care about your students
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Want to create classes where children feel confident, connected and excited to dance
- May be an experienced teacher, a teacher looking to expand experience, or an emerging educator
