We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultant to join our New Vehicle Sales team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting guests with personalised service in finding the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements through outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Creating sales opportunities from customer enquiries acquired face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range.
- Liaising with administrative support and stock control team members throughout the sale process.
The successful applicant will have:
- Motivation to achieve results through the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
- The ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license and clear Police Record.
- Previous sales experience in automotive retail and/or sales experience (i.e., Real Estate, Marketing, etc.) is highly regarded/preferred.
