Le Fleur Studios on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Customer Experience professional to manage escalations, oversee day-to-day Shopify and Gorgias workflows, and support showroom clients with a premium, brand-aligned experience.
You will monitor feedback, help with reporting and processes as the business scales, and collaborate with 3PL partners on fulfilment and returns while maintaining expert product knowledge.
