We are currently seeking motivated and reliable
Construction Team Members to join our growing Victorian construction team, based out of our Yarraville location.
About the Role
As a Construction Team Member, you will work alongside our experienced construction team, assisting with a variety of hands‑on landscaping activities across project sites.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include
- Undertaking general landscape construction and site preparation duties
- Planting trees, shrubs and other vegetation in accordance with project requirements
- Carrying out mulching, digging and general ground preparation
- Assisting with the completion of landscaping works to a high standard
- Supporting the wider construction team with additional on‑site duties as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in landscaping, landscape construction or a similar hands‑on role
- A current manual driver's licence (essential)
- A valid Construction White Card (essential)
- A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to get involved in all aspects of site work
- The ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
- A positive attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
