We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Turf & Grounds Maintenance Operator to join our growing maintenance team based in Baldivis WA, on a full-time basis.
About The Role
- Operating tractors fitted with roller tynes for turf maintenance activities
- Operating small tractors equipped with weed‑seeking technology
- Assisting with sand spreading, seeding and general turf maintenance
- Operating specialised spraying equipment, including Multi Pro machinery, for turf and garden applications
- Operating MR/HR trucks where appropriately licensed
- Supporting the wider maintenance team with day-to-day operational activities
About You
- Previous experience in turf maintenance, landscaping or machinery operation (desirable)
- An MR or HR driver's licence (advantageous but not essential)
- A current manual driver's licence (essential)
- A valid White Card (essential)
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
