Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and baked goods to Bakers Delight standards.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness and presentation.
- Assist with stock control and ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe bakery.
- Train and mentor apprentice bakers, sharing your knowledge and helping develop their skills.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
- Certificate IV in Baking (essential).
- 3–5 years of commercial baking experience.
- Strong baking skills and knowledge of food safety.
- Pride in producing consistently high-quality products.
- Reliable, positive and committed to teamwork.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping develop other bakers.
Australian permanent residency required.
