The role

• 3-5 nights (2-4h shifts) with flexibility if desired, however, Fri & Sat nights essential
• Supervise 0-3staff per shift including training
• Food Safety procedures adhered to
• Implement/Follow Systems
• Liaise with bar staff
• Liaise with suppliers/ ordering
• Potentially liaise with customers in the lead up to functions

You

• Have attention to detail/ great food presentation
• Organisational skills
• Versatile
• Min 3 years experience
• 2 years experience in pizza making
• Mature
