Partner Level Lawyer | Property and Projects | Sydney CBD
Exclusive position available for an experienced Property Lawyer / Partner to join a specialist Sydney CBD Construction and Property Projects Law Firm. The position would be well suited to a Property Lawyer who is currently a Partner or Principal of a Property Practice and would like to join an established firm.
Previous experience in overseeing major infrastructure projects is required for the role.A transferable practice would be highly preferable.

- Infrastructure and energy
- Options and project agreements
- Financing, FIRB and duties

- Established for 20 years solely specialising in Construction and Property Law

Requirements:
- 10-20 years PAE in Property Law
- Experience at Partner or Principal level and have a proven record with clients.You are motivated, and enjoy networking, business development and have a desire to build on an existing practice.
