The predicted salary is between 82800 - 101200 $ per year.
You will be a Commercial Litigation lawyer at the 2-8 year level with top-tier experience who is smart, ambitious and passionate. Your new role will see you working closely with a “Leading Litigation Lawyer” as recommended in Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in Australia and her Special Counsel and three (3) Senior Associates. Given the nature and size of the team, you will be involved in all aspects and be able to make a significant contribution to the outcome.
Act on a range of general commercial litigation matters including:
- Corporations as well as Directors & Officers in securities claims and class actions
- General corporate/financial services disputes
- Regulatory investigations
- Civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other Regulators
- Criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets
