Everything you need to know about a typical day as New South's newest Property Lawyer:
- You will work closely with New South's highly experienced Directors, as well as collaborating with members of the extended team
- You will assist in property matters, as well as play a team role in large complex matters
- Liaising with clients daily & providing solutions
- Liaising and communicating with banks, real estate agents, mortgage brokers
- Arranging settlements & drafting correspondence
- Providing a high level of client service
- Managing residential and commercial conveyances from start to finish (both off the plan and registered properties)
- Assisting with retail, commercial and industrial leases: agreement to lease, leases, incentives, assignment, surrenders, and variations
