What you will do:
- Manage existing commercial and property law matters.
- Generate work from an established and growing client base and your own referral sources.
- Provide advice on business sales and purchases, corporate structuring issues, and general commercial and property law matters.
- Handle estate planning matters, which will be seen as an attractive bonus.
What you will bring to our firm:
- A minimum of 6 years post-admission experience as a Solicitor.
- A very high level of competency in general commercial and property law.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and solid employment history.
- Team player mentality and ability to work cohesively with all levels of staff.
- An interest in building client relationships and the ability to generate work from the firm's existing clients.
- Willingness to work with the marketing department to identify potential growth opportunities.
