Who we're looking for
We're keen to connect with experienced lawyers who enjoy working in-house and partnering with businesses to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
Our clients look to us for lawyers who can quickly understand their organisation and navigate competing priorities. As such, we're particularly interested in lawyers who have experience working within an in-house legal function and understand the realities of supporting stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You’ll bring a pragmatic approach, strong relationship building skills and a genuine interest in helping businesses achieve their objectives while managing risk.
What you’ll bring
To be successful, you'll have:
- at least 4 years' PQE with demonstrated in-house legal experience;
- strong commercial contracting and/or experience across areas such as procurement, corporate advisory, employment law, commercial property, energy & resources, government, technology, privacy, compliance, construction and infrastructure;
- experience advising business stakeholders on complex legal and commercial matters;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organisation; and
- the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and environments and add value from day one.
